Our return policy:
We want you to be happy with your product. Benefitees accepts returns and exchanges of defective or damaged items within 30 days of an order’s placement. All items must be returned in original condition. Please include your name, address, and order number along with the item you are returning. If you have questions about returns, please feel free to contact us.

About ordering:
We currently accept online ordering via Paypal. Our shirts are sold directly to you to avoid the charges of a middle man. This is to increase the donation amount to each non-profit.

About shipping and handling:
Shipping and handling varies based on shipping destination and the number of items in an order. Most orders are processed and shipped within a week of receiving the order. If a requested design is out of stock it may up to take 2 weeks. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit.

Domestic Orders: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days.
