The designs at Benefitees are creative visual representations that inspire individual change. The shirts that have been designed will function as walking billboards for a reason more important than making the next big conglomerate an extra buck. i like bikes and birds, earlobes, goldfish, miso, #2 with soy, stars, brads, felt-tip pens, chai, puddles, sunshine, laundromats, glass tiles, eyeglasses, homemade curry, knuckles, yarn, handmade books, fat, suckling, and naughty cats, clay, ocean air in the morning, cold air in the evening, giraffes, the ganges, cochineal, soup in the winter, salad in the summer, monkeys from afar, people up close, silk saris, peeling oranges, and the expression absolutely, my dear.

i am a multi-faceted designer living in portland maine. i work in a variety of media, including but not limited to print, textile, and web.

SinnickelPress is a joyful explosion of youthful enthusiasm... no, not really, but as an independent label for limited edition and hand-crafted goods we like to bring to you all that we love most in life: the happy accidents, the wonder and wander, the found, the history, conspiracy, and sentiment. The glue that binds the initiatives of SinnickelPress is two-fold and in contrasting attempts, first with its basis in social commentary and historical reference, and second in its solidarity. Each piece has the privilege of being either one of a kind or produced/published in very short series', emphasizing the personality and gesture of the work. Designer Eric Brown is made up of various percentages of the following: water, blood, random memories, coffee, gin, bone, sarcasm, friends and family, ink, salty air, bbq sauce, scar tissue, inspiration.
